The history of Entre Maderas y Arte reflects unmatched experience and quality in Mexican craft traditions. We are devoted to fusing our handcrafted rustic wood furniture with universal art, producing one-of-a-kind pieces that show off both art forms in an unexpected way. The result is simply astonishing.

The technique we use to apply art to our furniture means the paint doesn't just sit on the surface: it penetrates the wood, creating a fusion of art and wood. Notice that the wood grain remains visible after the art is applied.
Our founder
More than two decades ago, Lucinda, a native of Mexico City, set out on a path that fuses art and design. From childhood she showed a deep passion for painting and art, refining her skills in disciplines such as painting, printmaking and photography. Her talent led her to exhibit in notable venues such as the Mexican Red Cross and the LMI gallery (Laboratorio Mexicano de Imágenes).
Her ingenuity and artistic vision drove her to create a unique technique that integrates wood and paint, transforming furniture into one-of-a-kind pieces. That is how Entre Maderas y Arte was born: a store where design, art and decoration come together in harmony.
